2Account Registration & Eligibility

Opening an account on ba 8 requires meeting certain eligibility criteria. We want every player to use the platform in a qualified and informed manner.

• If you reside in a country where online gaming is prohibited by law, you are not permitted to use ba 8.
• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.

Accurate Registration Information

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. A turnover requirement must be met before the bonus can be used — typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used for playing on ba 8 and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

5Prohibited Activities

• Bonus Abuse: Creating an account solely to claim bonuses or strategically abusing bonus offers.
• Collusion: Attempting to gain a strategic advantage by colluding with other players.

6Betting Rules

Sports Betting

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.

Casino Games

• All casino games are RNG certified and independently audited by third parties.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the round outcome will be determined based on server logs.

Fish Game

The same rules apply to ba 8's popular fish games. Intentionally leaving a game session or attempting to manipulate the system mid-session is strictly prohibited.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Ba 8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found to have been submitted.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Before closing an account, ba 8 will inform the user of the reason, unless legal or security considerations prevent this.

To close your account, contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed.

9Dispute Resolution

Ba 8 takes all player complaints seriously and aims to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Complaints Process

• You will receive an initial response within 48 hours of submitting your complaint.
• Our goal is to resolve complex matters within 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may apply for third-party arbitration.

Game Result Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, please contact support within 72 hours. A final decision will be made after reviewing server logs, and that decision shall be considered final.

10Changes to Terms & Their Effect

Ba 8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be posted on the website and, where necessary, sent by email before any changes take effect.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
